Old Solvent Yard SCADA

The Old Solvent Yard SCADA screen provides real-time monitoring of two tanks: T2100200 (Toluene) and T2100215 (Butyle). Each tank is displayed with connected pipelines, mass flow meters, and downstream processes. This SCADA screen is mainly used to monitor solvent transfer to Deco GI Manual Weighing, New Wood Finish Mixer, and Old Resin.

Each tank shows the following real-time values:

• Flow Rate (kg/h)
• Totalizer (kg)
• Density (kg/m³)
• Temperature (°C)
• Level (cm)
• Volume (litres)
• Stock (kg)

The pipelines extending to the right indicate material movement to downstream production processes.

Steps to Access

1. Log into the Plant SCADA system.
2. From the top navigation bar, click Pages.
3. Select Old Solvent Yard from the list of available screens.
4. The live monitoring screen for the Old Solvent Yard will be displayed.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

• Monitor flow meters for Flow Rate, Totalizer, Density, and Temperature values.
• Ensure Level, Volume, and Stock readings for Toluene and Butyle tanks are consistent with field conditions.
• Verify solvent transfer pipelines towards Deco GI Manual Weighing, New Wood Finish Mixer, and Old Resin.
• Raise an alert if any abnormal readings (negative values, high deviations, or zero flow) are detected.
• Cross-check with reports for variance reconciliation.
