Resin Yard SCADA

The Resin Yard SCADA screen provides live monitoring of five resin storage tanks. Each tank is connected with mass flow meters, transfer lines, and output pipelines towards downstream production mixers and processes.

For each tank, the following parameters are displayed in real-time:

• Flow Rate
• Totalizer
• Density
• Temperature
• Level
• Volume
• Stock

These readings help operators track raw material levels, consumption trends, and verify flow direction to production units.

Steps to Access

1. Log into the Plant SCADA system.
2. From the top navigation bar, click Pages.
3. Select Resin Yard from the SCADA screen options.
4. The live Resin Yard overview with five tanks will be displayed.

Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

• Monitor Level, Volume, and Stock readings to ensure resin availability.
• Check Flow Rate, Totalizer, Density, and Temperature for accuracy.
• Confirm resin transfer pipelines are directed to the correct downstream mixers.
• Investigate and log any abnormal or zero readings from flow meters.
• Cross-verify stock levels with batch reports for reconciliation.
